What exactly is the Launch Fee for?

The Launch Fee covers the complete design and build of your private portal — including your custom certificate design, clinic branding, and full automation setup. It's a one-time investment in a system built specifically for your practice. Unlike a subscription, it's non-refundable because the work is custom to you.

How long does setup take?

Solo and Clinic portals are ready within 24 hours of receiving your clinic details. Department portals include a setup call and are ready within 48-72 hours.

What happens after my 30-day complimentary access?

Your subscription begins automatically at your plan rate. We'll send you a payment reminder 5 days before your complimentary period ends so there are no surprises.

Is this secure? Who can access my portal?

Your portal is completely private. Only you have access to your form link. No other doctor or clinic can see your submissions or certificates.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — at any time, with no penalty. Simply send us an e-mail at hello@paperandprotocol.com or message us at @paperandprotocol in Instagram, and your portal will be deactivated within 24 hours. Your Launch Fee is non-refundable as it covers completed design work.

Do you verify that users are licensed physicians?

Yes. All portal requests require PRC license verification before setup begins. Paper & Protocol serves licensed Filipino physicians exclusively.
